Eat This

This AMAZING recipe comes to you from a college friend who hosted a crew of us on Cape Cod for Memorial Day weekend. This is apparently is a family recipe, so I hope its ok that I'm sharing it... because it has to be done. Made a big bowl of it on Tuesday night and have been eating it all week. GREAT source of Vitamins C, K, and A, as well as folate and fiber. Cheap and easy to make!

BROCCOLI SALAD:
1 large head broccoli
1 Cup sunflower seeds
6 slices bacon, cooked
1 Cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 Cup (or less, to taste) mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar

Thats it. Sure to please anyone, and even low in calories! Jeez!
